What other things are included in the rental cost?
This includes charges for water, internet, weekly pool maintenance, monthly gardener fees, and air conditioning cleaning every 6 months.
Tenants are responsible for paying the electricity bill on a monthly basis.
Why the rent must be paid in advance and cannot be paid on a monthly basis?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
You must pay a deposit equal to one months’ rent before moving into the house. We will return the deposit in full at the end of the rental period if you cause no damage to the house or its contents.
