The six tiny houses are situated on a 2,500 square metre plot in the Pakkarang area of Khao Lak. Pakkarang is a tranquil region, away from the busy areas of Bang Niang and Nangthong.
You have access to all essential amenities, including restaurants and a 7-Eleven convenience store. Both Coconut Beach and White Sand Beach can be reached by scooter in a mere 10 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
47 to 65 square meters of living space? Isn’t that too small?
Even though we call our houses Tiny Houses, all the rooms are of normal size or even very spacious (see floor plan). Unlike normal single-family homes, we don’t give away 20 square metres or more through large hallways. As a result, our Tiny Houses offer the living experience of a 60 to 80 square metre house. The open floor plan, large porches and garden also contribute to this.
The total floor space (including the porches) is more than 100 square metres.
The Tiny House’s separation of the kitchen-living room and bedroom(s) leaves nothing to be desired. A tiny house can be a flexible and economical solution, especially for those who only spend a few winter months in Thailand.
Where exactly are the houses located?
The houses are situated in Khao Lak Pakkarang, a quiet area located approximately 15 minutes to the north of Bang Niang. The property is both peaceful and located outside the tsunami danger zones.
There are several restaurants in close proximity to the property and a convenient Seven Eleven shop just 3 minutes away.
By using a scooter, you can access some of Khao Lak’s most stunning beaches, such as Coconut Beach, White Sand Beach, and Memory Beach, within a mere 10-minute ride.
Why the rent must be paid in advance and cannot be paid on a monthly basis?
No proof of income or employment is required to obtain a lease in Thailand.
Moreover, foreigners have the freedom to depart from Thailand and return to their home country at their convenience, for instance, in the event that their residence permit is nearing expiration.
How much do I need to pay for electricity every month?
The electricity costs can range from 1,000 to 1,500 baht per month, depending on your air conditioning usage. The official bill will be provided to you by the electricity provider.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
You must pay a deposit equal to 2 months’ rent before moving into the house. We will return the deposit in full at the end of the rental period if you cause no damage to the house or its contents.
Reasonable wear and tear is allowed.
